Key Responsibilities

Prepare espresso-based beverages, cold coffees and other café beverages as per Soulé recipes and standards.

Operate and maintain the espresso machine, grinder and other coffee equipment.

Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and serving quality.

Greet customers warmly and help them choose beverages when required.

Maintain cleanliness of the coffee counter, equipment and work area.

Monitor coffee beans, milk, syrups and other beverage inventory.

Follow hygiene, food-safety and opening/closing procedures.

Work closely with the kitchen and service team during busy hours.

Help create a welcoming and positive Soulé experience for every guest.

Preferred Profile:

Prior café/barista experience preferred; enthusiastic freshers with coffee knowledge may also apply.

Basic understanding of espresso, milk steaming and coffee preparation.

Good communication and customer-service skills.

Punctual, hygienic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
