Barista and Experience Lead

Great coffee. Interesting people. A space you help bring to life.

We’re building Under The Same Roof : a conceptual space where coffee, conversations, creativity and community come together. We’re looking for a barista with skill, personality and the drive to take ownership and grow with us.

You love meeting new people, remember their favourites, enjoy experimenting with flavours and bring a fun, welcoming energy into the room. You take your craft seriously—and know how to have a good time doing it.

Your role:

● Lead the coffee bar and handle its daily operations.

● Experiment with drinks and help shape our signature menu.

● Make guests feel welcome and build relationships that bring them back.

● Own quality, hygiene, stock and equipment care.

● Work closely with us on tastings, gatherings and new experiences.

You’ll fit right in if you have hands-on barista experience, a curious mind, a warm personality and an instinct to take initiative. We want someone excited to help build the place, contribute ideas and make things happen.
