Barista – Job Opening

Location: West Delhi
Position: Full-Time Barista

We’re looking for a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team.

What you’ll do

•⁠  ⁠Prepare high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other drinks.
•⁠  ⁠Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and café equipment.
•⁠  ⁠Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
•⁠  ⁠Take customer orders and provide warm, friendly service.
•⁠  ⁠Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the bar and café.
•⁠  ⁠Manage stock of coffee, milk, syrups, and other bar supplies.
•⁠  ⁠Follow café recipes, standards, and operating procedures.
•⁠  ⁠Handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining service quality.
•⁠  ⁠Work closely with the team to create a welcoming customer experience.

What we’re looking for

•⁠  ⁠Previous barista experience preferred.
•⁠  ⁠Good knowledge of coffee and basic espresso preparation.
•⁠  ⁠Passion for coffee and willingness to learn.
•⁠  ⁠Strong communication and customer-service skills.
•⁠  ⁠Positive attitude, punctuality, and professionalism.
•⁠  ⁠Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
•⁠  ⁠Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
