Job Role: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise staff and ensure smooth shift operations.
• Monitor customer service and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift allocation.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
• Handle billing, cash management, and daily operational reports.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service, bar, and other departments.
• Support sales targets and promotional activities.
• Train and guide staff to maintain company standards.
