Key Responsibilities

Coffee & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare espresso-based, hot, cold, and specialty beverages as per café SOPs.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, quantity, temperature, and presentation.
• Follow proper coffee dosing, extraction, milk steaming, and latte-art standards.

Customer Service

• Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly service.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend beverages when required.
• Handle customer queries professionally.

Café Operations

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the café and equipment.
• Monitor stock, follow FIFO, and minimize wastage.
• Follow food-safety standards and opening/closing procedures.

Billing & POS

• Handle POS orders, billing, cash, UPI, and card payments accurately.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of coffee and café beverages.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to follow recipes and SOPs.
• Team player with attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Barista training or previous café/restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art is an advantage.

Working Conditions

• Full-time, rotational shifts.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
