Responsibilities

Prepare coffee, matcha, smoothies, juices & other beverages as per recipes.
Take orders and provide friendly customer service.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene & an organized bar.
Assist with daily prep, restocking & inventory.
Minimize wastage and handle ingredients/equipment responsibly.
Follow TOFINO SOPs and work well with the team.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Punctual, reliable & attentive.
Quick to learn and willing to take responsibility.
Customer-friendly with good communication.
Comfortable working in a busy café environment.
Previous barista experience preferred
